The mainstream media often refers to the unborn as a blob of tissue, but what really is it. It can feel pain, it has a soul, and has been imparted with the gift of life that is a part of God Himself. The ever evasive germ of life is evasive because it is the Spirit of God breathes into the body and energizes it by imparting Himself into it. The abortion process does not just end a life but desecrates the life of God that has been implanted into the child. Our responsibility as fellow humans is to treat all humans with respect for they all carry an element of the life of God within them.
The love of God is there for you. The anti God sentiment is to destroy this truth, but it will always stand.

Surrounded By Wickedness
- Isaiah 1:8
The human experience is one where mankind wants to do good, tries to do good; but within themselves is the nature of sin lying at the door of their hearts. Genesis 4:7 As the children of Adam and Eve, the first humans and the first sinners; we have inherited this nature of sin, therefore in various times, places and ways we see this nature expressed. Mankind cannot do anything of themselves to get rid of this nature of sin, but God has provided for those who recognize their problem. Once we get to the point that we are driven by this nature of sin, God has decreed that destruction would reign over us.
As part of sinful humanity we recognize that sin is all around us, possibly even boxing us in. We become enveloped in the wrong crowds, causing our sins to deepen its grip in our own heart.
If we continue in unforgiven sin, we are setting our children up to be cursed with the very same sins we struggle with. This does not mean they will pay for our sins, we will do that, but that their hearts will become a stronghold for the devil to stand and shoot darts at them. Our children learn well from their parents, and our weaknesses will soon be theirs, thus they too become surrounded by sin.
The Devastation Of Sin
The things we see happening in the world today are a stark reminder that sin is devastating. We see the carnage of the shootings, bombings, wars, America’s homes are a wreck, Truth is trampled on, babies are being killed before they are born, to name a few. This is all happening because of our sin; our pride, greed and selfishness.
God has decreed the end of all sin is destruction and death, both physical and spiritual. Romans 6:23
The devastation we are seeing though it is not caused by God is allowed by Him to draw our minds toward Him. It seems as though the various atheistic organizations
are quiet when people publicly recognize God during these times of trouble. God’s name will be Known even if it is only through trauma.
God wants us to recognize Him in good times as well as traumatic times, but since mankind refuses to recognize Him when things are going good, He chooses to speak to us through tragedy.
When mankind begins to see their problems are bigger than themselves, they can begin to rest in the hope of Jesus Christ. This will give God the Glory He deserves. God has said “My Glory Will I Not Give To Another”.

The Essence of Servanthood
The Essence Of Servanthood
The Master of the Universe
Has offered up His all
The Sacred, Holy Son Of God
Has given us the call
Exampled in the finest sense
His service to us all
That we may live a righteous life
If we but listen to His call
As brothers in the Church of Christ
The gift of service show
Tis done as to the Son of God
That all the world may know
This willing service that we give
In offering ourselves
To edify the Church of Christ
And build the Church forever
We cannot know what service is
Unless we've seen it happen
Through Jesus Blood and sacrifice
Redeeming us for Heaven.

Magnum Opus Masterpiece
We are the masterpiece that God has created. When God Created the world, everything was good, but when God created mankind, this particular part of creation was dubbed as very good. Mankind is the climax of the created world. God has created mankind to think and reason for themselves unlike any other part of creation. Mankind also has been instilled with a living soul, or a soul that will never die. This soul that will never die was created by God placing His divine breath into each living person. This is something the animals do not enjoy. This was done for communion with God on an eternal level and though many will choose not to recognize this, the possibility is there for a flourishing relationship.

God Loves His Creation
God loves His creation because He has created it. The week of creation when God stepped back to look at what He had done, He said “It is Good”. As mankind, we are part of this “good creation” and are given the responsibility by God to “dress and keep it”. We are to keep it presentable and livable for the rest of our “brothers” or fellowman. This is a direct responsibility given to us by our Creator.
Contrary to what many conservationists are holding as gospel, the driving factor in our maintenance of the creation must be our love for God. Today many people are holding the earth to the status of a god which is nothing but idolatry, and are trying to maintain the earth as a means of sacrifice to this god. The term “mother earth” denotes a rejection of the Creator God’s manifested presence in our created habitation. The denial of God’s existence as the Creator of the universe as well as everything in it, including us, indicates that man no longer wants to be accountable to Him.

Armstrong's Folly
Many Americans looked to Lance Armstrong as if he were the god of endurance. When we as people look up to fellow man and worship their iconic existence we will be let down. Humanity is fallible and will never be completely perfect. It is indeed unfortunate that a man with such prestige, such honor, such supposed fulfilled dreams could stoop to the altar of physical strength at all costs, namely performance enhancing drugs.
God alone is to be worshiped or we will be judged by Him as being an idolater which has no place in the kingdom of heaven. Most of us at one time or another have held someone or something as more worthy of our praise than God and that is sin. We must repent and from here on out declare that God alone is God and beside Him there is no other.

Earthquake In Hades
The horrific sight of a man being crucified; the sight of the soldiers gambling for His clothes; the religious leaders making fun of Him. How much humiliation can a man bear? He did this for them and us but it seemingly goes unnoticed. Rejection continues as men still refuse to see who He really was.
The darkness that spread over the earth seems to resemble the hearts of man in this world. The light of this world has seemed to be quenched by man’s unbelief.
This scene takes on a supernatural slant when the man dying on the cross cries out in tones that echo “It is Finished” and then dies. An earthquake ensues as He descends into Hell to
Take the keys of death from Satan. He then led the dead saints in a procession through the streets of Jerusalem on their way to Heaven. Before this time, Satan had kept the righteous captive in Hades. As victor over death and Hell Jesus emerges from the grave with yet another earthquake that shows His mighty power.
Satan is trying to get control of everyone again and as men reject Christ, he is succeeding. The price has been paid for our redemption, but men don’t care. They want to be in control of their own lives, which will never happen. The earth shattering experiences ultimately showed Jesus’ power and unless we have “heart shattering” experiences we can not see His power in our lives. These experiences were beneficial to the start of the church, but seemingly today we have lost sight of them. We need to get focused, and stay focused on the Word of God. Don’t let your culture dictate your belief of the Bible but rather let the Word of God dictate your culture.
We need to understand that we as humans do not control our own lives. We are controlled by either God or Satan. I think of it like this: we are on this giant Chess board as pawns and we need to rely on someone to affect our actions. While it is best if God moves our piece He will not do so until He has our permission, on the other hand Satan loves to play both sides of the board, whether you want him to or not. This is when God prompts us to ask for help.
Once we learn Satan’s agenda is there any excuse? Not unless you recognize your part in your mistakes.
If we think we can change the world by rules and uniformity, we have been deceived. It has never worked before, why would it start now? The heart needs to be The Word of God. Don’t let your culture dictate your belief of the Bible but rather let the Word of God dictate your culture. If we think we can change the world by rules and uniformity, we have been deceived. It has never worked before, why would it start now? The heart needs to be changed through a radical experience, and only then will we see true change.
